A property is an investment in the future. However, housing is becoming increasingly scarce, even in small towns it is becoming more difficult to find a suitable apartment and requires good industry contacts and expertise, ie a reputable real estate agent.

For over 60 years, the family business Bastian Immobilien has been making dreams of owning a home, as well as a company headquarters, come true. The real estate offer includes plots of land, condominiums, single-family and multi-family houses, but also commercial and industrial properties. Bastian Immobilien focuses on tradition, customer proximity and a selected range of real estate in the city of Worms and the surrounding area.

We have been serving Bastian Immobilien for many years, both at agency and system house level. Ms. Jesser and Mr. Weber took care of the facelift for the website, with Ms. Jesser making design adjustments and Mr. Weber making technical changes. Graphic designer Ms. Jesser implemented various advertising materials required according to the specifications of the CD. This included an advertising banner for Immobilienscout, a beach flag for outside at the entrance area, a tennis screen for “Grün Weiß Tennisverein” and two signs at the EWR Arena. She also designed bus lettering, nose signs, invitation and birthday cards, as well as posters for the showroom, job ads and various advertisements in Das Örtliche, Wormser Zeitung, Nibelungen Zeitung and WO Magazin. Ms. Jakob handles current issues that clients want to communicate via social media. She writes blog posts and social media post for Bastian Immobilien.
